Our goal was to create an engaging and user-friendly online shopping experience for an eco-friendly, vegan-friendly bag brand, balancing ethical values with a wide appeal to diverse customers.

This foundational step helped in crafting detailed user personas, guiding the bespoke shopping experience tailored to meet varied customer preferences.
